When you create a new group, there is always a 14-day free trial so you can test the system and see whether it matches your needs. After that, a subscription is required to use the system. A fixed price is charged per user per month. You can read more about this under "Pricing" in the top menu.

Credit card or bank transfer

All it takes is attaching a credit card, and the system will automatically make the payment every month. Some associations do not have a credit card and therefore choose to pay by bank transfer instead. In that case, payment is made one year at a time.
